Concealed riser doors are becoming more and more popular in the UK, and INVI Concept’s INVI AccessDor® riser doors have many features that not only make these riser doors blend in with the architecture, but have other high-quality options available for them. The modern flush-finish look is also popular in architectural design today, and often these buildings require there to be access points for storage areas, or service cupboards for electrical, plumbing, etc., within areas where they would disrupt this design. INVI AccessDor concealed riser doors allow access to these critical areas without disrupting the design of the room.
INVI AccessDor riser doors have been crafted to be flush finished to the wall and/or ceiling and have only a 3mm gap between the door and plasterboard. INVI AccessDor also provides a variety of options to customise them to your project.
Latch Options
INVI AccessDor concealed riser doors provides several access options to these hidden areas, such as a budget lock, a deadbolt, and a simple touch latch (non fire rated), depending on your security needs.
Door options
INVI Accessdor is available to be fitted with a timber door (FD30 or FD60) or a steel doorset (FD120).
Fire Rating 60
Customers have the option of purchasing INVI AccessDor concealed riser doors that have earned a fire rating of 60 with timber door, or 120minutes with steel doorset. Our rigorous testing with independent certification and testing agencies, Exova and IFC to BS476 Part 22 give you the assurance to comply with increasingly demanding fire regulations in the UK.
Door Hardware Options
INVI AccessDor concealed riser doors can be prepared with options such as a T-Strike, ASA Strike or Deadbolt Strike prep.
Double Door Configuration
INVI AccessDor also provides a double riser door configuration for situations where that works best for the design.
